VA7100 : no map

Dear Forum member

I encountered problem on VA7100.
The VA have 2 controllers and I think batteries have gone flat as the VA was off for sometime. C2 battery indicator blinking and C1 ok. When issued armdsp -f (array-id), it responses, everything listed is good except battery at C2. When issued armdsp -a (array-id), it responsed with msg "Status: Array status = Device is not ready" .Please advice.

Format the array as the last resort.
