Re: VA7100 virtual array problem

According to your other thread I assume this is a new setup. If this is the case and you have no data on the array, just format it and the errors will go away. Is there only one controller in the box?

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: VA7100 virtual array problem

If you dont care about your data, please reset one controller and look at vgfdsp.

Open the screw at your one controller and detach the hook. wait a few minutes after that reattach the hook.

Thanks
Freddy

Re: VA7100 virtual array problem

We have formated the controller. Created fresh LUNs and restored data.
Thanks to all of you

Re: VA7100 virtual array problem

when you format VA7100, you not replace anything? please upgrade the firmware for controller and the disk.

then new firmware for controller is HP22.
battery firmware : Version 4.3

For disk depend on your string ID for each disk

ex; ST318453FC HP05

thanks
