VA7400 Balancing

Hi All,

I have HP VA7400 which is "Balancing" for more than one month.Controller FW ver 19. Total No of disks 72.Array is normally under heavy load. Under followng circumstances can I

i) Reset/shutdown the array.

What happen to my data at this satge is it safe or it will be in an unknown state.

I wll be very happy if VA experts can thro' some light on this burning balancing issue.
