VA7400 and Business Copy
I am currently using a VA7400 connected up to an HP Netserver running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. I am using the Business Copy software to create a copy of my application database for reporting purposes. To make a consistant copy I need to unmount the volume which I can do using the bcutil -dismount utility provided by Business Copy software. Most of the time this works extremely well but unfortunately if anyone has a drive mapped to this particular volume (or if explorer is open on the server) it will not unmount and the copy will not take place.
Does anyone know if there is a utility that will force an unmount (other than rebooting the server)
