VA7410 - New Firmware A100

Hello,

I'm looking for information about the new Firmware for VA7410 (A100).
I've found nothing which explain what does this new firmware. (better than A000 ?)
Anybody have information ?

Hello Lio,
as usual, fixes. And enchancements. There are some new commands in virtual front panel (VFP).
I see that HP recommends to roll to A100. So please call HP and schedule upgrade. Note that it will be offline procedure, so please plan a downtime

Great, but our custumer wants to know the real benefits/differences before plan this upgrade.
Where can I found documents like "Service Notes" which talk about these new enhancements ?

I can't paste up everything it says, so I'll summarize:

-Support for 146GB drives
-hang fixes, detection and prevention changes
-Enhanced Discover subsystem
-additional log events
-Reporting-related bug fixes

...and a whole lot of little stuff, mostly minor bugs fixed.

...A100 also supports the VA7110.

The actual Service Note is not yet available.
