You are going to mirror to a device file - the procedure is the same for internal or *any* external disk. Of course you need to check if your HBA supports boot - http://www.docs.hp.com/en/FCD-SM//en/FCD-SM/FCD-SM.htm
But take care to use the right procedure for either PA-RISC or Integrity servers - this is the only important difference.
