Volume fail in the MSA1000.

Hello everyone
I have a question of Volume fail.
In the MSA1000 CLI guide, "CLI> ACCETP UNIT #volume_number" can solve volume fail.
So, the CLI shows " volume OK !".

Fine, MSA1000 works normally and does not lose data.
But, the guide doesn't show what kind of trouble may cause the problem.
Anybody knows ??

Well, you can connect external disk drive enclosures - it is possible that somebody accidently cuts off their power or disconnects the SCSI bus. Or you have a bad disk, but somebody pulls the wrong one.
