Storage Boards Cleanup
To make it easier to find information about HPE Storage products and solutions, we are doing spring cleaning. This includes consolidation of some older boards, and a simpler structure that more accurately reflects how people use HPE Storage.

What terminal can I use for the model 20 disk array?

I have hooked up the C1099 3000/9000 terminal to the disk array in the past with no problem, but now I am having trouble hooking up a C1064 700/96 terminal to it. I don't have the C1099 any more. Is the C1064 compatible? Thanks

Re: What terminal can I use for the model 20 disk array?

Hi Eric,

I don't remember this old stuff, but I guess it will work with a plain VT100 emulation - not with HP terminal emulation.
Switch the mode on your Terminal to vt100 - this should work.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

No it's still not working. We believe it may be the serial cable, which we are going to replace next.
