Wipe a MSA1000

We have a Compaq MSA1000 that we can no longer remember the ACU passwords. Is there any way to reset the passwords or even better, is there way to completely wipe the system and return it the the factory default settings?

Hi Jason,

I would hook up the serial console cable to the front of the MSA, and clear the configuration through that...

I don't think it will ask for a password.
