XCS Version
Hi
We currently have 2 EVA 8400's installed in 2 seperate data centers. We are running CA replication between them and both systems have XCS 10001000 with CommandView 10.0.0.
I have been asked to plan an upgrade of the XCS to 11001000 and CommandView 10.0.1 however I am aware that HP have the following advisory on their software depot page and I'm not sure if it has been superceeded:
Note: If you use HP Continuous Access Software with EVA, please contact your local HP Services representative. EVA XCS v10001000 is the recommended version for CA users
Is this still the case or will we still be able to use CA after the upgrade?
Thanks
Mark

Re: XCS Version
Hi
you should check the release notes for XCS 11001000 and P6000 (EVA) Compatibility Reference

Re: XCS Version
Thanks for your reply however I had already checked those and the release notes for XCS 10001000 is the only one that mentions CA replication
