XP Array User Logging

Hi.

If I create user accounts in Command View for either an XP1024 or 12000, where do all the changes or activity get logged for that user?

I'm basically trying to log all user changes to the array. Currently, everyone logs in as Administrator and though I know how to create user accounts, I can't seem to find the log in which all the activity gets logged.
