XP512: Moving disk from one machine to another

We have the XP512 array where we have connected 5 machine HP_UX. I have a VG on one machine with 18 disk(LUN) and I want to use 6 disk from this machine for to effcet thems to another one. I have reduce this VG with this 6 disks and I want now to affect this disk to the second machine because I can't see them one the second machine.
Can You please give the procedur to do it with XP remote control..?

Pls. answer these two questions, It should be an easy task if you plan it Right.
1. Do you use SAN or your servers directly connected to the XP.

2. Do you have alternate links which means do you have at least two fibre connections from the server to the XP.
