advfs i/o error for RA3000

Hi ,
I have ase of ES40 with RA3000.
RA3000 having 4 disks,configured as raid 0+1,
with two luns ( 0 ,1), when i shutdown or restart the cluster ,it gives error ADVFS I/O error for lun1
on console.it gives same error in var/adm/messages. what is possilble causes & remidies.
