any known issue/problem DS2405 with FC 146GB 10K Hard Disk

Hi All,

We have VA7110 (2GB) with 15 units FC 73GB 10K Hard Disk running Two Node HP-UX 11i v2 Cluster oracle 9i database. Now array configuration is AutoRAID with Hot Spare.

We want to increase the space of database by adding more 15 units FC 146GB 10K Hard Disk with DS2405.

Is there any issue or problem on Hard Ware or software (configuration) to upgrading?

Hi,

Just check that the firmware of your VA7110 is compatible with the 146 GB HD.

The installation should be straigth forward.
