armdsp –i problem

Hi All

When I execute armdsp –i command (to find our VA7100 alias) on our server we receive the following message:

No device found
I hope someone can help.

Hi,

follow the below sequence.

#armdiscover << this will scan
for connected VA's. this
can be executed while
production is running.

#armdsp -i

This should solve the issue
