c-track software problem

hi,
i have facing problem in C-track which is installed in xp12k, problem is when i generating heartbeat signal for sample purpose it getting genetrated but it is not sending to remote end and i have checked out modem staus and phone line status those are working fine, so what might be problem, and i have attahced snoshot here so please find out attachment.

Hello Guru,

Is the C-track service and the connection manager service running?
The SVP has to be registered with HP for successful connection. Has this been done?

Hi,

call the HP support - don't play around with the support software on the SVP.
