can not access HSG80's "other controller" of EMA12000

Guys,

I could access "this controller" , but could not access the other controller when I swap the serial cable to "other"'s console port, how to deal with this situation?

I need to access "other controller" cause when I "show other controller" from "this controller", it told "Cache battery is near its end of life" and I need to run frutil to "replace" it, of course I could finish it on "this controller", how to "replace" "other controller"'s battery on " this controller"? what I remember is that it could be done on "this controller".
