change scsi mode of smartarray controllers

hello,
i recently changed my server hd configuration to a raid 5 with 5x seagate 50 gb HDDs.
the problem is that the scsi transfer mode is set to "fast wide scsi" even though both the controller (SmartArray 3200) and the harddrives support ultra wide scsi or ultra2 wide scsi.
how can this be changed?
TIA

Hi,

at the moment I haven't found anything to ask but if you have the latest firmware for the controller?

Hi Michael,

thanks for your reply, the problem has been solved... one of the drives was not quite ok... they should have been identical but there was one older drive in the array...

Well,

the best problems are those, which get solved before you have to put much work in it. ;-)
