command view eva 6.0
we are using EVA 8K, and to manage it we use CV EVA.
Our CV EVA reports the total storage space " less than " the Used space. And the Available column says : Unknown.
Attaching the screen shot of the same.
Please help.

please try to re-discover the EVA or restart the Command View service.
What XCS version do you running?

I tried restarting and re-discovering the storage system, but still the problem persists.
I'm sorry that i don't understand what is XCS Version.

The problems with absurd numbers on the capacity report are usually solved performing a controller reboot or resync.

Can happen when the unused space is above 2 TB, once your available space falls below 2 TB you will have an accurate number to describe that.
