cv 9.1 cannot expand eva in screen

I have installed cv 9.1. After starting cv i see the eva4000. When i want to expand the eva (+) it doesn't work. I have updated java to the latest version (java 6 update 16). I have tried it connecting from different systems but all have the same problem

So with expanding do you mean the web browser?
Weird..

have you tried to flush the web browser cache or maybe restart the commandview service?

A simple rediscovery did it for me.

Have flush the cache and restarted the service. Complete reboot of system. Still the same can connect in the web browser, and i'm able to see the eva4000 but can't expand it.

What happens if you don't click [+] and select the EVA name instead?
Do you get told that the EVA is managed by a different system? If yes, just confirm that you want to take over management.
