error en command view
Hi,
i upgrade my command view and give me that error in the command view 1.8
http:\\myIP:4096:Launcher.html
error getting database reference from (myhost)
i execute Ha_Dial_Stop and Ha_Dial_Start and armdicover, armdsp and not works..what can i do?

Do you mean that you are not able to invoke commandview from your local host? The IP of your host should be present in the access.dat file.

did you check the install instructions? I *think* in earlier versions it was mandatory to swremove the old version before installing a new one. Also it required a certain QPK patch level.
So you might backup your /opt/sanmgr/XYZ files and try a fresh install.
My notes also say that you have to run
# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/HA_trigger stop
# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/dial_trigger stop
then set SECURITY_ENABLED=false in etc/opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/config/PanConfigParams.txt
then
# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/HA_trigger start
# /opt/sanmgr/hostagent/sbin/dial_trigger start
