eva 8100 automated call logging

Can I get my EVA's to log calls automatically when they have a fault? If so how?

HP has currently two products to monitor servers and storage and open cases automatically.

SERSP is part of HP Systems Insight Manager and is intended for customers with more than 100 devices to be monitored

Download HP SIM from here:

HP Insight Remote support is intended for customers with less than 100 devices and does not need HP SIM.

You can download HP IRS from here:
http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=RSSWMBASE

Just install it on a Windows 2003 server, provide it with the details of your company and let it download all the necessary software and discover devices on your network. You must provide it the credentials to access your Command View server so it can discover and monitor the EVA.
