fc60 is dead. what about data?

Good time, gentlemen!

Imagine: I have a couple of sc10s as a rest of fc60. I also have a map of LUNs.
Question1: Is it possible to restore data from the disks(former LUNs) using new (clear) fc60 controller?
Question2: Is it possible to restore data connecting these disks to host as raw SCSI disks and using some (software) RAID-reader?
