hdd limited to 4GB

When I install Windows 2003 server with easy set-up CD, in the disk partition I select Costumize option and I wrote 40000 MB, but when finished the installation start the windows in the my computer i see only 4GB, In the Computer Managemant I see 39.07GB.
You can see the situation in the picture.

I don't know how you managed to do that, but it's showing different information inside the same tool (Disk management). Above C: appears with a size of 4.01 GB, and below as 39.07 GB (the expected value).

This is Windows 2003 Standard? Enterprise? SP1? SP2?

What does CHKDSK say of C:?
