/opt/fcms/bin/fcmsutil /dev/tdX replace_dsk 0xYYYYYY
where tdX is the fibre adapter attached to the replaced controller, and 0xYYYYY is the remote N_Port_ID of the replaced controller. You should be able to find this number in your syslog.log file as a message should have been written there after the new controller was installed.
