how replaced a hdd faild on raid5 - led blinking red

On a netserver LC 2000, we had changejavascript:postMessageSubmit('submit');
Submit a hdd who is failed.The raid5 cannot rebuild mjavascript:postMessageSubmit('submit');
Submitanuel mode. It makes 90% and the error message appears.
How could we rebuild the raid5 without loose any data?
Who is the steps? CTRL-M, format, rebuild?
