hp storage work msa 2212fc dual controller

hi.i have one msa 2212fc dual controller and 12 number hard sata 500 gb on the enclosure .one of the hard disks is eroor and faild.i change the hard but this hard is not find invdisk and volume.my raid volume is 5.thanks

you need to conect to the configuration utility and adding the disk to the volome. When you replace a disk, the disk not automaticaly replace the failed disk. you do perform the change manualy.
