license policy - upgrade to Command View Eva 4.0

Hi,

I really can't catch license policy with EVA and CV EVA.
My question: is it necessary to bye additional licence (which) to upgrade from version 3.2 to 4.0 ?

I have done the upgrade from 3.3 to 4.0 and we did not require and new licenses. I can't imagine that 3.2 would be any different.
