loading java applet forever when launch "remote console" on SVP
I am trying to start "remove console" on SPV / XP12000 frame, but it would not come up, and getting the screen as attached.
Please help me how to fix the problem, would it be possible I had old java version? what would be the right java version, and would it causing to install new one while XP is running?

Try closing all of your browser sessions and launching just the Remote Web Console interface. This will give you a fresh browser session to run the interface.
I've had problems with my proxy excludes being reset by AD.
Clearing the browser & java caches usually do the trick if you've recently upgraded microcode on the XP.
