management authorization
I recently changed the memory for an HP9000 K260 from 2GB to 1GB by swapping the memory carrier with that of another K260 which was 1GB. The K260 is connected to a 12H autoRAID array and I now get this message in syslog:
"Management Authorization to HP Array 000..BF2 succeeded for Userid: root"
Can anyone tell me what this means?

Re: management authorization
Are your sure it wasn't there before.. changing memory should be unrelated..
Sounds like the ARMServer starting up or accepting a command request, but I wouldn't see it as a concern at all, in fact I'd see it as a benefit.
Later,
Bill
