missing members in raid5

I have a netraid 4m and a rs/12 in the lt6000r. There was a array raid5 in the rs/12. Then of upgrade firware of disk and rs/12, the container raid5 that has 3 disk is down and two disk are missing.
Can i recover the array?

You cannot recover raid5 with 2 disks missing.

I hope you have a tape backup.
