msa1000/1500 compatibility with netware?
Howdy,
I was looking at expanding the storage on a netware server by adding an msa1000 or maybe an msa1500 with a couple of disk shelves. There doesn't seem to be a compatibility matrix for the 1000 or 1500 only the 500. Netware isn't mentioned in the supported OS's in the quickspec's for either of the arrays so I guess I'm out of luck. Any ideas if Netware will be supported in the future? Anybody running with this configuration already?

Hope that helps - please click "Thumbs up" for Kudos if it does

Re: msa1000/1500 compatibility with netware?
The MSA1000 has NetWare support for some time now. You can find details in the specifications:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11033_div/11033_div.html
We have a customer who is running NetWare on a MSA1000, but I don't have any details - not my world.
The MSA1500 specifications mention NetWare as well, but it looks to me like an editing error.
