hello...
I have msa20 with 12x750gb connected to dl380 g5 via 6404 controller. I need this storage for use with opensolaris zfs file system.
How to configure this msa20 and 6404 in way that opensolaris view 12 independent hdd?

You can create a RAID0 on each disk - but this make not really sense - why not creating some RAID5 or RAID1 LUNs or whatever you really need?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

I can make 4 LUNs, each with around 2TB. Do I can then force opensolaris to use this LUNs like individual discs and make on 8TB drive?
