msa60 + P600 + Linux
Hi,
We have serious performance issues with the above configuration. We are using centos 4.4 (almost Red Hat 4:-) ) with customized 2.6.20 kernel. In the msa60 there are 9 pieces of 500GB HDDs, connected to the P600 configured in raid6. it has one big ext3 partition. Read performance is under 1MB/s for one 95MB file with only one stream! the strange thing is that at the begining of the file transfer the speed is >15MB/s, but after a few megabytes it slows down.
Can you please advise if there is any configuration which we should try?
Thanks
Imre
