netraid 1m
I have a netraid 1m in a lc 2000. The server is running Netware 6.5. I have four 36 gig drives running Raid5 to create one logical drive. I want to expand the logical drive. I added two 36 gig drives but the only option I get is to create a new logical drive while in MegaManager. I tried using the Navigator cd but it does not find any controller installed.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: netraid 1m
Marvin,
Do you have the latest NW Utility and monitor service installed?
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?locale=en_USтМй=English&pnameOID=62470&prodSeriesId=51919&prodTypeId=329290&basePartNum=COL3579&locBasepartNum=ns-12646-1&os=Novell+NetWare+6.x&tech=Software++Storage+Controller&locale=en_USтМй=English&pnameOID=62470&prodSeriesId=51919&prodTypeId=329290&basePartNum=COL3579&locBasepartNum=ns-12646-1&os=Novell+NetWare+6.x&tech=Software++Storage+Controller&attTypeId=110
You should be able to extend your array from this version of Netraid assistant.
Ciao,
Greg

Re: netraid 1m
I called HP. I had to go under the advanced tab in the MegaManager(megamgr.nlm)and reconstruct logical drive. From there I was able to add the two new drives to the exisiting logical drive. This can only be done if there is only one logical drive.
