problem msa 1500

i have installed an msa 1500 in ha solution, in w2000 on an ml 530 (qlogic 2340) and ibm x232 with qlogic 2340
and another server in single path qlogic 2340
When i reboot the ml530 the msa controller switch and the server in single path cannot access to disk on msa.
i have already upraded with last firmware the msa but the problem is always present
please help me.
If i don't reboot the server all go correclty

Looks like an incorrect cabeling.
The server's first adapter needs to be connected to controller-1.

I suggest that you swap the cables. Don't forget to clean up the connections/SSP.
