problems with MSA and SSP

Hello,

At this moment, I have a little problem with a MSA1500cs.

When I use ACU, it is not possible to save any changes made to SSP.
Normally I used CLI to configure the SSP, but it not possible to reach the MSA with Hyperterminal anymore.

Does anyone know this errors and most important, how to fix this?

Bart,

What version of ACU are you running ? I believe 7.5x is the latest.

Hi,

I am currently using version 7.20.19.0.

I have installed a newer version on a different server, but that server crashes when I try to reach the MSA.

It seem controller hang.
Pls reboot controller if possible. if not you should call HP eng to replace new one for U
HP is simple
