"armdsp -i" does not work (VA7110)
Hi all!
After update CommandView on host1:
CMDVIEWSDM A.1.07.01 hp StorageWorks Command View SDM
Hostname1= host1 (HP-UX 11.11)
Hostname2= host2 (HP-UX 11.11)
At first, there was a problem: "Unable to login to AAServer on host : localhost for authentication
Error logging in: TIMEOUT EXPIRED" that was resolved by change "true" to "false" in SECURITY_ENABLED parameter.
father
command "armdsp" do nothing on both hosts:
[root]-> armdsp
[root]->
[root]-> armdsp -i host1
[root]->
although, commands "armdiscover", "armlog" work correctly:
[root]-> armdiscover -v
This could take several minutes ...

I try to install CommandView client on remote host (under Windows XP):
"armdsp -i" works correctly!
Managing VA via CMDView GUI also do correctly.

What's wrong on host1 and host2?
In the manual, p. 247-248, such proplem is described,.. but a can't find "../sanmgr/hostagent/PDB folder." http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/UCR/SupportManual/TPM_T1086-96001/TPM_T1086-96001.pdf

Re: "armdsp -i" does not work (VA7110)
Command CVUI do not detect array too:
Storage Device Selection
Choice Device Id Alias Device Type
===============================================================================
1 00000e1100805853 HP JBOD Disk
2 00000e110080584e HP JBOD Disk
3 Refresh
Why is it could be?
