spmgr display hangs

Dear, collegues


Yestarday it worked, but now when I try to run it this command just hangs for indefinite time.

looks like there is an issue with secure path. try apply patch for the version of secure path you have.

There was an issue with memory wastage by another application. And after that spmgr display go hanging. I've made tusc trace and it showed that this command hangs on "connect" call to spagent.

So, I have 2 questions:

What patch should I apply - how to determine what patch is it?
And, Is there way to restart spagent without rebooting?
