wrong state of Array Controller in System Management Homepage

wrong state of Array Controller in System Management Homepage

after a hard reset of a DL740 G1 during write access shows the SMH a degraded ( yellow ) state of the SA 641. This issue can be repeated on several different systems like ML370 G3 with SA 5300.
The support means that only a reboot sets the controller state to green. Can I set the "green state" without reboot ?

Hi,

Maybe restarting the HP Systems Management Homepage service and the HP Insight Management Agents service would solve the problem.

Are the -
PSP, driver, firmware updated?
restart of the services, reboot post the aforesaid updates should resolve the issue.
