D2D110 / D2D120 Installation failed
hello,
i try to install the D2D Backupsoftware on a Windows Host and run into the issue, that the installersoftware aborts on step1 with the error-msg: 'insufficient rights' to copy files to C:\ ... or please be sure C:\ is not write protected ...
I'm using the following Software Version: EH880-11003.iso
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?тМй=de&cc=de&pnameOID=3355762&taskId=135&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=3355761&submit.y=9&submit.x=10тМй=de&cc=de
I tried to install it on a ML350 G04 with Win2003 and on my Laptop with Win XP .. but run into the same issue
some questions:
is it necessary to have an internetconnection during Step1?
is it necessary to detect the D2D110 before deploying the D2D110 Host\Client Software on the Win Host?
rg,mike
