D2D4112 iSCSI - one virtual library not connected after restart of server

Environment is a HP DL380 G7 with Windows 2008 R2 set upp with one NIC teaming for "normal" network and one NIC for iSCSI.

D2D4112 set upp with three virtual tape libraries as D2DBS Generic with tape drives attached as LTO3.

Added iSCSI target as portal using the iSCSI NIC and added all devices succesfully. Added all devices as persistent bindings.

All lokks good and works fine until restart of the Windiws server.
When booting up one of the libraries is inactive and in event viewr there is one error for the library and for each device:
Event ID from iSCSIPrt:
"Login request failed. The login response packet is given in the dump data."

We don't use an CHAP to login to the targets and all three iSCSI targets from the D2D is set up exactly the same.

Any ideas?

First and very important, make sure to be using iSCSI Initiator version 2.70 or newer.

Try to add the connection to the favorite list:

Open the iSCSI Initiator / Targets tab. Highlight one of the "Inactive" targets and click on Connect. A "Connect the Target" dialog box will popup. Put a check mark on "Add this connection to the list of favorite targets..." and hit Ok. Do the same for all the other targets
