D2d2504i dont boot after firmware upgrade to 2.2.16

Hello.

I´ve upgraded a D2D2504i to version 2.2.16 without errors and after reboot, the system hangs at startup with  the error showed in the atached file.

The firmware of the D2D is updated with the last support pack for D2D.

There is a support case open with HP but no solution for the moment.

Need help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

you can try to remove the USB stick connected inside the unit, connect it outside to one of the external USB port and try to boot the unit. if that helps, it might be an issue with the USB cable inside otherwise it can be an issue with the USB stick itself.

It will be good if you can contact HP support and get a case logged so specialist can handle the unit.
