Total Capacity: 0 GB
Cartridges: 0
Maximum number of cartridges per Storage Lun: 1024
Number of Storage Luns: 18
Extent Size: 32 MB

but we have space around 40TB, could anyone help what went wrong and how can we rectify this issue?

Hello Ganesan,Please refer to the Saw Article at C00943947. That is an engineering notice. you might want to check firmware version and update accordingly.

Re: HP StorageWorks 6600-series shows 0 GB capacity

I have checked the support ticket and found the following :
Sluns 3, 4 and 5 are missing.
Please check for issues on Enclosure with ID 56.
Tape drives created under different virtual libraries donot have lun number assignment from 1.
Tape drives 40 and 53 share the same lun id.
Tape drives 40 and 43
Better thing to do is restart emulations.
that should clear the gaps in lun numbering. This may affect the HP UX hosts which need to be reconfigured with the new lun id's.

Mapping to be enabled for the wwn ID's :
50060b000032521c

Hi Ganz,

Thanks you so much, we have changed the disk as mentioned and now VLS is up and running.
