Multiple VLS1002i to one server
I have 2 vls1002i that i want to conenct to one windows 2000 server via iSCSI. I can configure everything so it all works one at a time. As soon as I try and have both on at the same time, the system process in task manager starts run very high and i can't see any drives. The changers do appear in device manager but no drives appear. Everything says it has connected in the iSCSI configuration panel.
I suppose my question is, is it possible to have 2 vls' connected to one server. One will hold full backups and the other the incrementals.

Re: Multiple VLS1002i to one server
I believe two vls's are not a problem. What I believe is happening is that you are not loading a driver for them. Even though you have the IScsi connection, you still have to load the appropriate drivers.

Re: Multiple VLS1002i to one server
It looks like the 2 vls's try and get the same SCSI ID and then trip over each other. Is there a way of getting the iscsi to allocate different id's for the boxes?
