StoreOnce 2620 Share Issues
Hey everyone,
I've attached my StoreOnce to active directory and I've created a share. I have tried to connect to the share through windows management but I cannot. I get a permisssion denied message. I am currently domain admin and I do see the StoreOnce device listed in Active Directory.
Any ideas?

Re: StoreOnce 2620 Share Issues
The UI doesn't seem to offer much in the way of configuring anything. All I am able to see is a message that says "CIFS Authentication is managed through Active Directory" when I go to NAS > Shares > Share_1 > permissions. The edit button doesn't seem to do much. Any further suggestions?

Re: StoreOnce 2620 Share Issues
I agree with Emil. Once the appliance is integrated with AD you can't do much from appliance itself. You should troubleshoot from AD point of view. Try with Enterprise Admin account may be. or recreating the entry in AD.
You can also refer best practices guide once just to cover any missing point
