StoreOnce 4210 VTL Synchronization Issues

Has anyone figured out how to resolve an issue with a specific slot on a source VTL that is constantly timing out on synchronization? It started a few weeks ago, and is a source-to-target VTL accross a 60MB VPL between two sites in different states. I contacted HP and they instructed me on how to unmap the cartridge, restart housekeeping to clear the alert status, but it keeps coming back.

 

Any ideas?
