VLS12000: Commandview can't connect to the library

Connect the VLS with IE, there is follow error message:
Cannot communicate with chassis

And the login button is disabled.

I have tried clear the IE cache, connect to the VLS from another PC.
Nothing changed.

this looks to me as a problem on the VLS side. Have you tried to restart it ?

Same issue for me with VSL6218. Any suggestions?

One of the internal task may be in a hang state, try to access from ssh and do a restart emulation. Do you have the latest FW?

I have 2.3.0 image and I tried to redeploy the image downloading from hp website, but I get the same error.

I don't know exactly, HP picked up the VLS and after two days they give back it to us and it was working.
I think it was a scsi controller problem, because when I powered on again the VLS I had the message "low battery cache" or something similar.
They never gave us an official report about it.
