VLS6840 errors

Hello,

We've had a few battery failures on the SA6400 controllers and MSA20 shelves which have been replaced. However, on one disk shelf via the VLS software it is showing a degraded state. We created a support ticket and looking in the MSA20diag_node log file it reports one error;

SLOT 6 (ID 60) U320/SATA Bulk 1 ERROR REPORT:

Array accelerator status:
Possible data loss in cache
0x00000011 - Unknown status

Can anyone tell me if this is still a battery problem? Is there a way we can flush the data in cache?
