VLS6870 Cache alert
Hi,
We've replaced a cache battery recently in the VLS and software still reports the shelf degraded. A support ticket reports the following;
POSSIBLE DATA LOSS IN CACHE
0x00000011 - unknown status
Is there anyway of clearing this?
Thanks
